JuncWay-HL series is a high-hardness corrosion-resistant coating designed for parts in semiconductor equipment that require wear resistance and strong acid and alkali resistance. The coating hardness is 4-6H, the corrosion resistance time is more than 2000 hours, while maintaining excellent lubricity and anti-sticking, especially suitable for bearings, sealing rings and other moving parts.
